【Now新聞台】房委會宣布向精進建築負責的三個公營房屋地盤發出收回地盤通知書。有立法會議員認為,這個決定有助避免相關公屋項目進一步延誤。 房委會有三個項目仍由精進建築承接,包括東涌的雋東邨、屯門的滿田邨及白田邨重建計劃第十期的地下通道。房委會表示,由於精進建築這三個工程項目的表現遠低於合約要求,因此收回這三個地盤,共涉及約6200個單位。發展局和房協上周已分別中止精進柴灣政府大樓和安達臣道公營房屋項目的合約,港大亦已取消由精進承建西高山校園重建計劃。換言之,精進已失去全部六個涉及公營機構的項目。身兼房委會委員的立法會議員梁文廣認為,今次收回的三個地盤工程本來已延誤一個年度,加上精進就發展局除牌決定上訴,即時收回地盤可減少工程的延誤時間。立法會議員(九龍西)梁文廣:「如果要等相關程序全部走完才再決定是否收回地盤,就需要等候程序完結的時間。(精進)過去工程地盤上的表現未如理想,影響公營房屋的落成進度,現在我們以合約表現不接受的情況收回相關地盤,其實比原本要等整個程序完結之後才作準備和決定,我相信把握盡早時間,應該時間上可以減少對公營房屋落成的影響。」精進原定上星期五要除名,精進不服向高等法
